Did Clemson win last year??

I think they did, but i'm not sure

Yeah Clemson won last year in a close one.

I like to think that FSU is gonna turn it around this year and get back to the good ole days, all of the players seem confident that's going to happen, especially the Defense. But I'll wait til Monday night, before I start running off at the mouth.

Tech gets all the hype in the world, but they suck once again...

I wonder why Wake isn't getting more love. They aren't the greatest in the world, but they were still the best the ACC had to offer last year and return like 18 starters or something.

i guess you didn't happen to notice they have had the best D in the country 2 years in a row.. and by far the best sp. teams overall year in and year out... yes i gave the noles some love, and will continue to do so, but i went to tech and by no means do they suck.. what you meant to say was SEAN GLENNON SUCKS.. that i might agree with, and so would 70,000 other ppl at the game
however, you have to consider that there's tons of emotions coming in to play as there should be after what happened, and it is only the 1st game of the year..
the HOKIES will be fine soon enough

and you know it sucks that all of those people died, but it was five months ago and really has nothing to do with this football season. So the pressure excuse is kinda bogus.

Tech has had no running game so far. The line let ecu have a free shot at glennon last time

You've got to be kidding me. It was a tragic accident, but if VT keeps "clinging" to it, almost like they are wanting attention, it will make me sick. I had family up there at the time, and still do. I absolutely hate what happened. It was horrific, but to place this as a motivational tool for a football team is weak. Maybe that shows that VT isn't movitated as a team much anymore.

As for VT's D, yes it is good. Its not the best in the country, I don't care waht the stats say. They played in one of the worst offensive conferences in the world last year with a weak OOC schedule. Name me one better than average offensive team that Tech played last year?

Yes, VT's special teams have been excellent for a long time, but their "dominance" in that department has wained as well. Their solid, but its not like they are that much better than their competition anymore in that department.

Tech isn't lookin' good at all. Don't take away from East Carolina though, that running back is a brute.

I'm loving this weekend of college football so far. Va Tech might get beat, and looks like Michigan is gettin' it by good ole Appy State.
